About Ralph

Ralph Cunanan began playing guitar at 13 and was already performing professionally by 16, building a career defined by versatility, consistency, and connection with live audiences.From his early performances in San Pablo City, Philippines, to establishing himself in Vietnam, he has played across Ha Long, Cat Ba, Hai Phong, Hanoi, and Mong Cai, appearing in a wide range of venues, including hotels, lounges, bars, restaurants, and private events. His experience includes performances at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long and The Yacht Hotel by DC, as well as long-term residencies at Secret Garden Hostel in Cat Ba, where he performed regularly for more than 2 years. He is currently a regular performer at The Little Leaf Rooftop Bar and The BigMan Restaurant.Known for his versatile acoustic style, Ralph delivers a dynamic mix of ballads, country, and rock, tailoring each set to the venue's mood. His repertoire spans multiple languages, primarily English and Tagalog, with select songs in Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, and Latin music.More than just a musical performance, his sets are defined by a strong connection with the audience. Blending live music with natural humor and interaction, he creates an engaging atmosphere that feels both relaxed and memorable, with an instinctive ability to read the room and shape the energy of each performance.
